We are keeping a close eye on the rapid developments concerning COVID-19 and will continue to provide updates as needed via email and/or website.

The good news is our dealership is open for business. We are confident that we have taken the necessary steps to provide a safe environment, and we will continue to apply preventative measures recommend by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Below are a few steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our customers and employees:

• We have cleaning crews in place who are disinfecting our dealership multiple times a day.
• We are providing complimentary pickup and delivery in Fairfield and surrounding communities.
• Extra hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the dealership.
• Increased cleaning and disinfection of customer and employee touchpoints, including doorknobs, handles, writing surfaces, countertops, etc.

In addition to the items listed above, we have also temporarily changed our hours of operation. Sales is open Monday- Friday from 8-5 and Saturday 8-12. Our Service department is open Monday-Friday 8-5. Fesler Express Service is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-5. Our new hours will enable us to better utilize employee time and resources, which will allow additional time to clean and disinfect our dealerships each day and provide us time to take the necessary steps to provide a safe environment for you and your family at our dealership.

As a reminder, Fesler Auto Mall customers can utilize our website online for their entire vehicle purchase without visiting the dealership. Shop our entire inventory online, value your trade, apply for financing, and get your vehicle delivered to your home all from your mobile device or computer.
